The buyer has the right to return the paid goods without any compensation. The buyer must inform the seller of the return within 15 days of receipt goods, notify the seller in writing to the e-mail address: hello@longstory.life or via regular mail with registered delivery. The time for returning the goods expires within 30 days after the confirmation of receipt of the notification of the intended return of the goods.

The products you are returning must be packed in the original packaging, in the original quantity, and the invoice must be attached. All costs related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer who returns the goods. Longstory Life d.o.o. is not obliged to accept ransom shipments or shipments, which do not correspond to the general terms of service. Within fifteen days of receiving the returned goods, Longstory Life d.o.o. will refund or exchange the product. The costs of sending the order to the customer are not refundable.
