Is website registration mandatory?

All product prices are listed in EUR and include value added tax (VAT). Prices are guaranteed for the day of the order and may change daily without prior notice. Longstory Life d.o.o. tries its best to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information provided on the website, however, there may be irregularities in the publication of prices, delivery dates, product descriptions and features. Since all possible changes cannot always be entered on the website at the same time as the change occurs, Longstory Life d.o.o. will always inform the customer about the changes and enable them to cancel or replace the ordered product. Longstory Life d.o.o. will also inform the customer if the price of the item changes during the processing of his order and will try to find a suitable and satisfactory solution for both parties to the best of his ability. Purchases for legal entities are possible via e-mail.
Order - Purchase steps
1.) You can order goods 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.Purchase steps
- Choose a product (find the desired product, click on it)
- Confirm the selected item (by clicking the "Add to cart" button)

- edit the quantities of products (enter the desired number of pieces in the box and press the "update cart" button),
- remove the product from the basket (press the "remove" command next to the selected item)
- Go to the checkout ("checkout" button in the cart)
- Enter your delivery information

Apply any discount (within the order summary area)
- enter the code correctly in the "Discount code" field
- press the "Apply" button - the cart amount is recalculated according to the discount of the entered Discount Code
- Choose a delivery method
- Choose a payment method
- Check the entered data and correct it if necessary
- Confirm the order by clicking on the "pay now / finish order" button

After each order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Even after receiving order confirmation notification, the buyer can still cancel the order by notifying the seller of his intention via e-mail hello@longstory.life. From the moment the seller has sent the goods to the buyer (and the buyer will be informed about this by e-mail), cancellation of the order is possible only by withdrawing from the contract.
The buyer will receive the confirmation of the order to the entered email address immediately.
2.) Order confirmed - contract concluded
The seller reviews the order within a maximum of 48 hours, checks availability and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The seller reserves the right to call the customer on his phone number in connection with the order. Upon confirmation of the order, the seller informs the buyer via e-mail about the expected delivery date. The electronic message with which the order is confirmed is a contract and is stored in electronic form on the server at Longstory Life d.o.o., Vojkova cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana. The buyer can get a copy of the contract by sending e-mail request to hello@longstory.life.
3.) Goods dispatched
The seller packs and ships the goods with any instructions attached within the promised period.
Payment and fast delivery
The buyer can choose the following payment methods during the ordering process:

For the area of Slovenia
- credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
- cash on delivery - payment upon receipt of the goods
- bank transfer - payment transfer to the seller's bank account

For the rest of the world area
- credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
In the case of a bank transfer, when the order is confirmed, the buyer receives the information for making the transfer. The ordered products are shipped to the buyers address after the funds have been credited to the seller's bank account.
In the case of payment by credit card, the products are shipped to the customer on the next working day.
We guarantee immediate delivery (within 1-2 working days in Slovenia, up to 5 working days worldwide) of all ordered products from our stock. All items marked as available in the shopping cart during the checkout process are actually in stock in our store at this time. An exception can only occur in cases of several simultaneous orders of the last pieces. In this case, first delivery priority is given to the first placed order. Of course, we will try our best to deliver the remaining orders as well. On the day of delivery, the delivery service will call you 2-3 hours before delivery via SMS notification.
The delivery of ordered products is carried out by our contractual partners (GLS). All orders will be shipped the same or next business day (provided the products are in stock). We do not ship products on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In case of special requests from buyer, please send them to us via email hello@longstory.life. Delivery of products is limited to the territory of EU countries. Delivery is made to your address, which you specified in the order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will make arrangements with you about redelivery, at no additional cost. In the event that the stock runs out, we will notify you immediately or inform you of the new delivery deadline for the ordered products.
Withdrawal from purchase/order
The buyer reports all possible deviations from the order to the email hello@longstory.life or to the address Longstory Life d.o.o., Vojkova cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana, by registered mail, within 15 days of receiving the products. The deadline starts on the day after receiving the goods.All accepted and uncancelled orders (you can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order via e-mail), posted online or via email are considered irrevocable and will be implemented by Longstory Life.
The customer has the right to notify in writing within 15 days of receiving the products that he withdraws from the order, without having to indicate reason for their decision. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline. The consumer must return the products no later than 30 days after notifying the seller about the withdrawal from the order. After receiving the products and finding them to be undamaged, in the same quantity, unaltered packaging and originally packaged, the company returns all payments made to the costomer in accordance with the law, except for the cost of delivering the products. The only cost charged to the customer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the products. When returning the products, the customer must also send the invoice for the products.

Using the promo code:At the checkout, before placing the order, you will find a place to enter the promotional code (within the order summary). In the input field enter the promotional code. By clicking the "apply" button, you activate the code. If the code is correct, the system will automatically honor you the benefit that the entered code brings. If the code is incorrect, the system will inform you that you entered the wrong code.
